  • Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
    Ideally, yes. It is recommended that you be present at home for the first time you book a cleaning service with Dream Home®. This allows you to meet our team, show them your apartment/villa, and explain your expectations. Alternatively, if you cannot be present, please inform us of how our team can access your home (e.g., leaving a key under the mat or with the security, leaving the door open, etc.).

Cleaning process and methods

  • Will vacuuming my furniture, mattress, or carpet help kill bacteria and allergens?
    Domestic vacuums are not powerful enough to extract impurities from furniture, mattresses, or carpets. Therefore, vacuuming alone will not effectively kill bacteria and allergens.

Baby car seat, stroller protection

  • Why should I clean my baby's car seat/stroller?
    The health of your child can be directly affected by the cleanliness of their car seat or stroller. Dirt, dust, and leftovers can lead to various diseases.
  • How often should I clean my baby's car seat/stroller?
    For regular maintenance and to keep your stroller/baby car seat looking new, it is recommended to do a deep clean at least once every 2-3 months. However, in the case of significant accidents, immediate cleaning is necessary.
  • What detergent does Dream Home® use to clean baby car seats/strollers?

  • Do you offer repairs for baby car seats/strollers?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer repair services for baby car seats or strollers.
